Shipping
We offer flat rate ground shipping for $7 and currently support U.S. domestic shipping only. Orders may be delivered by UPS or the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and are shipped within 1-2 business days after processing. A tracking number will be provided via email once the order has been shipped. Please note that
Broadcloth Studio is not responsible for items after shipment, including those that are lost, damaged, or stolen.

Digital Products
Upon purchase, the digital file will be available for download on the Order Confirmation page. Customers will automatically receive the standard order confirmation email, followed by an email containing a link to the digital file.
Please note that the download link will expire 24 hours after the purchase. If a customer attempts to access an expired link, a new link can be requested and will be sent to the email address used for the initial purchase.

Returns/Exchanges
All items (including all digital PDF downloads, books, and e-courses, as well as fabric bundles, scrap grab bags, and kits) are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
If any of your items arrive damaged or you have any issues accessing your PDF pattern downloads, please send an email with the order number to hello@broadclothstudio.com.

We currently can only support shipping physical items (books, fabric bundles, grab bags, and kits) to the United States.
