We offer flat rate ground shipping for $7; we only support U.S. domestic shipping at this time. Orders may be delivered by UPS or the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Items are shipped within 1-2 business days after your order is processed. A tracking number will be provided to you via email once the order has been shipping. Broadcloth Studio is not responsible for items after shipment including, lost, damaged, or stolen items.

All items (including all digital PDF downloads, books, and e-courses, as well as fabric bundles, scrap grab bags, and kits) are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. If any of your items arrive damaged or you have any issues accessing your PDF pattern downloads, please send an email with the order number to hello@broadclothstudio.com.
