What is Your Return/Exchange Policy?

All items (including all digital PDF downloads, books, and e-courses, as well as fabric bundles, scrap grab bags, and kits) are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. If any of your items arrive damaged or defective or you have any issues accessing your PDF pattern downloads, please send an email with the order number to hello@broadclothstudio.com .

Shipping rates are based on the estimated weight of the package as well as selected shipping speed. Items are shipped within 1-2 business days after your order is processed. A tracking number will be provided to you via email once the order has been shipping. Broadcloth Studio is not responsible for items after shipment including, lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We currently can only support shipping physical items (books, fabric bundles, grab bags, and kits) within the United States.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards and PayPal.

Can We Talk Wholesale?
